Fax-to-email server delivers increased production and quick ROI
Multi-Tech Systems announces the next generation of its FaxFinder(R) V.34 fax server enhanced to provide increased production and cost savings. Converting faxes to PDF or TIFF files to deliver via email is this fax product’s core function, eliminating the need for paper, toner, and even a fax machine.
The higher level functionality of the new FaxFinder allows companies to use existing email software or a Web form to securely send, archive or automatically print faxes. Corporate offices can easily transmit faxes, over a WAN, to remote offices and field sales people. Administrators can view the status and history of faxes.
